Job description:
1. In general, support daily administration, department activities and local purchase.
2. Arrange appointments, meetings, travels;
3. Prepare invitation letters for foreign visitors
4. Department Logistics
  
Required knowledge competencies and attributes
1. able to work at least 4 days a week, internship for 6 months
2. good command of English(Oral, Listening and Writing)
3. able to be on board a.s.a.p.
4. good at communication & be proactive.
