主要职责
一、政府事务
Gov. Affairs
按照国家法律法规的有关规定及业务办理流程,负责办理企业正常经营所必须类许可、资质、审批、证照等工作
According to laws, regulations and procedures, transacts required permission, certification, approval and license.
准备办理证照需要的各类文件,处理证照办理过程中出现的问题
Prepare all types of documents required for the licenses and deal with issues occurred during transaction
关注国家相关法律、法规;及时了解政府事务办理流程的变动
Pays attention on related law and regulation, be aware of change of transaction procedures.
积极建立并维护企业经营中与各级政府良好关系,以帮助企业正常运作
Builds and maintains good relationship with government department in order to support operation well
二、法律事务
Legal Affairs
协助完成基础的法律事务工作,如简单的合同审核、文件准备工作
Assists to handle the basic legal affairs, e.g. the simple contract review and preparation of documents etc.
保障法律事务解决渠道的顺畅
Ensures resolve channels for legal affairs are unhindered
·根据上级安排,参与、解决公司与第三方的法律纠纷
Under superior’s lead, participates and solves the dispute with Third Party
三、其他
Others
必要时协助人力资源部门解决劳动争议、仲裁事件,协助办理工伤认定、工伤认证等工作
Assists HR to solve labour dispute and arbitration and deals with work-related injury certification.
·处理雇主责任险、第三方责任险、公众责任险等出险理赔事宜,以减少公司损失,保证营运部门的正常运作
Deals with claim of employer’s liability insurance, Third party liability insurance and public liability insurance in order to reduce loss and ensure operation
及时处理有关的突发事件,维护公司利益,确保公司运作顺畅
Deals with emergency timely, maintains company interest in order to ensure smooth operation.
