岗位职责
- Order the indirect material for the whole department, e.g. office material, rental cars request, arrange meet-ings, etc.
- Receive the quality document from plants, register them in the system, get the signature and send back to senders
- Support the Quality/Development Engineers for their daily tasks
岗位要求
- Open minded, good problem solving skills especially when facing problems of intercultural network and matrix structure with multiple interests
- Willing to take responsibilities and ability to work under pressure
- Good English skills, both oral, written and technical terms(mechanical and quality)
