Job Title: Accountant        On Board Date: ASAP
Department/Area: Finance/Accounting        Reports To: Finance Manager
Location: Shanghai - CBD Area       
       
Key responsibilities
- Open and close offshore bank accounts, maintenance of offshore bank accounts;
- Raise payment and other instructions to offshore banks;
- Prepare cash related management reports;
- Prepare and review payment requests;
- Post cash related journal entries into accounting system;
- Document filing and logistics;
- Other works assigned by superiors

Knowledge, skills, experience and business understanding
- Fresh graduate or bachelor degree with major in business, economic or finance;
- Fluent in both oral and written English;
- Internship as cashier or accountant is preferred;
- Quick learner and detail oriented;
- Well organized and good at multi-tasking;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
