Location: Beijing

Purpose Of The Role:
Working with territory sales colleagues, contribute to the delivery of the ELT sales strategy in North China territory, and the delivery of agreed sales and revenue targets.

Key Tasks:
1. Secure business opportunities for both print and digital products/services in collaboration with team members to deliver the agreed territory sales and revenue targets;
2. Build & Develop network of sales relationship with external stakeholders including PLS centres, MOE Schools, distributors and institutes to effectively understand the marketing trend and to support delivery of territory sales and revenue target;
3. Carry Out China CRM strategies to ensure smooth administration of customer needs and both effective pre/post sales services;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor/Master degree from reputable universities;

Skills/Knowledge:
1. Fluent IT/MS Office skills;
2. Negotiating and interpersonal communication skills;
3. Organizing and planning skills;
4. Written and oral communication skills;
5. Problem solving ability
6. Proven networking experience;
7. Sufficient knowledge of language learning market;

Experience:

1. Over 3 year sales & marketing experience in the English language learning market and deep understanding of ELT curriculum and marketing trends is desirable;
2. Ability to communicate & present professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences, in both fluent mandarin Chinese and English is essential;
3. Ability to gain and assimilate product knowledge and attain a thorough knowledge of the marketplace is essential;
4. Demonstrable evidence of goal/target-oriented, self-motivated, independent decision-making and team working is essential;
